Qualifications

• Manual dexterity and ability to handle small parts with precision.
• Attention to detail when inspecting windows for quality.

• Standing for extended periods in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders.
• Attach frame sections, install glass panes, and secure hardware using hand and power tools.
• Inspect finished windows for defects and ensure quality.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Meet daily production goals and cross-train across lines.
• Prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
