Job summary

Havis, Inc. is seeking an Assemblers for the 2nd shift (3pm–11pm, Mon–Fri) in Warminster, PA. The role focuses on mounting assemblies, following instructions, and meeting production schedules for vehicle accessories.

You will work at benches and on the shop floor with various hand and power tools, maintaining safety standards. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be mechanically inclined, and able to read English instructions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical cert a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude with basic hand tools experience.
• Ability to read/understand work instructions in English.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and follow drawings or verbal orders to assemble products.
• Assemble products per blueprints/work orders and meet production schedule.
• Prepare and assemble vehicle accessories on bench or shop floor.
• Fetch parts from inventory as needed and set daily work per schedule.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with assembly teams and cross-train as required.
• Package finished products with packing list for shipping processing.
• Label products and complete paperwork; maintain clean work area.
• Adhere to safety/ESD standards and participate in quality checks.
• Assist with continuous improvement and training sessions.
