Job summary

Havis in Warminster, PA is seeking an Assembler Mounting for the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm, M-F). Read work orders, follow blueprints, and assemble vehicle accessories on the shop floor, contributing to timely production and quality results.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be mechanically inclined, and able to understand English instructions. This role offers hands-on training and growth within a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical certs are a plus.
• Mechanically inclined with experience using basic hand tools.
• Able to read and understand written instructions in English.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Able to read engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Capable of basic math and computer applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong safety awareness.
• Able to stand for long periods; bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Vision requirements and familiarity with ESD safety and ISO9001 basics.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and follow drawings or verbal instructions to assemble products.
• Assemble products per blueprints and work orders.
• Meet production schedule and complete builds on time.
• Assemble vehicle accessories on bench or shop floor.
• Collect parts from inventory as needed.
• Set up daily work according to schedule or instructions.
• Use hand tools and drills, torque wrenches, rivet guns, and feeders.
• Cross-train to support other assembly departments.
• Package finished products with packing lists for shipping.
• Label products and complete related paperwork.
• Maintain a clean work area and assist in facility maintenance.
• Follow safety and ESD protection standards.
• Perform testing on motion devices as required.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement activities.
• Use QA tools to ensure product quality.
