Job summary

Precision Inc. is seeking a Utility for the 2nd shift in Maysville, KY, on-site. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and involves operating plant equipment, inspecting parts to spec, and maintaining a safe working environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math/reading abilities, and a strong commitment to quality and safety. Welding certification is preferred but not required; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience optional.
• 1–3 months related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PPI welding certification preferred but not required; continual training encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Operate various pieces of equipment in the plant as instructed.
• Read and follow prints and schedules; ensure parts meet specifications.
• Measure parts with micrometer, caliper, and dial indicator to verify accuracy.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance across departments.
• Maintain housekeeping and support safe, efficient operations.
