Carter Lumber is seeking a Components Assembler in Millbury, OH, to assemble products accurately in alignment with manufacturing schedules. The role requires working with limited supervision and a strong belief in the company's mission and goals.

Responsibilities include reviewing work orders, setting up equipment and materials, maintaining accurate inventory counts, performing repetitive line assembly, and sizing products with various tools to ensure quality and quotas are met.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work with a variety of tools.
• Ability to perform repetitious work.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• 2nd shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and analyzes work order to ensure proper materials are provided.
• Sets up equipment and material to assemble product according to the design provided.
• Maintains inventory by providing an accurate count of products.
• Performs repetitive line assembly operations to produce a quality product.
• Manually fits and sizes products by utilizing various tools.
• Ensures that production quotas are being met while maintaining quality assembly.
