Job summary

Schneider is seeking a Trailer Technician in Atlanta, GA for the second shift. You will perform routine maintenance, inspections, rebuilds, and component replacements on company trailers, and work on a variety of preventive tasks.

You will use maintenance software to track work orders, communicate progress to internal customers, and provide recommendations for maintenance decisions. Candidates should bring a technical degree or relevant experience and be prepared to supply their own tools within

Qualifications

• Technical degree in welding, electronics, or related systems, or at least 1 year of trailer technician experience.
• Basic welding skills preferred.
• Computer systems and diagnostic software experience.
• Ability to provide maintenance and repair recommendations.
• Ability to provide own tools within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance to trailers.
