Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a 2nd Shift Test Technician in Elkridge, MD. You will conduct technical analysis, install and calibrate electronic equipment, troubleshoot in-field and remote environments, and collaborate with program managers and customers on complex systems.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with experience in electronics, plus the ability to lift 50 lbs and hold a U.S. Secret clearance.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years in electronic/technical field, or associate degree with 2 years.
• Experience with computers, test applications, PC maintenance, TCP/IP, and basic network administration.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and schematics.
• Ability to lift, carry, move up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments.
• Current/Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance required; U.S. citizenship required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a STEM field; experience with SAP and GOLD.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts technical analysis of product implementations, modifications per customer specs.
• Install, calibrate, and maintain electronic communication equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot complete systems and provide corrective action recommendations.
• Develop and modify technical publications and procedures.
• Plan, build experimental and prototype devices and test equipment.
• Provide status reports with completion estimates to management.
