We are hiring for the 2nd shift (Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm). This role involves performing assembly and testing on our products. Experience in manufacturing assembly is preferred. Apply now!

What You Will Be Doing
Essential Functions
  • Set up and operate machines with minimal supervision, perform process checks and inspections
  • Complete paperwork adhering to record retention policies
  • Use continuous improvement processes to enhance operations
  • Document nonconforming materials and participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Follow all safety standards and operating procedures
  • Use computer systems for data entry, instructions, blueprints, and program downloads
  • Operate machines according to work instructions and inspect machined parts
  • Use gauging tools to ensure parts meet specifications
  • Maintain measuring instruments and test equipment, perform first-piece inspections
  • Interpret blueprints and perform precision operations on close-tolerance parts
Other Functions
  • Communicate project updates and review item statuses in MRP systems
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist with secondary tasks like deburring and sub-assembly as certified
  • Train colleagues when needed
  • Set up and adjust CNC machinery as required
  • Monitor cutting tools and machine conditions
  • Report production or machine issues
  • Promote teamwork and safety
  • Verify calibration and obtain necessary certifications
  • Complete product paperwork accurately

  • Inspection techniques and tools, including micrometers and gauges
  • Ability to read drawings, diagrams, blueprints
  • Proficiency with business software and systems
  • Knowledge of part handling, GD&T, and CNC programming basics
  • Understanding of quality's impact on organizational success
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Education and Experience
