LayerZero Power Systems LLC seeks a dedicated Sub-Assembly Technician for our on-site facility in Aurora, Ohio. You will assemble hardware onto fabricated parts, following drawings and BOMs, with emphasis on precision, quality, and timely production.

A hands-on, reliable teammate with strong attention to detail will fit well in our team-driven environment. You will work with engineers and quality personnel to ensure assemblies meet specifications, while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade schooling preferred.
• Experience reading assembly drawings is beneficial.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Install hardware onto fabricated components and subassemblies.
• Interpret assembly drawings, work instructions and BOMs.
• Prepare components by cleaning, deburring, and aligning parts.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and torque tools safely.
• Verify dimensional accuracy and proper fit of assemblies.
• Identify defects and report quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area per policy.
• Collaborate with assemblers, quality and engineering teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
