Sheridan New Hampshire is hiring machine operators to join a hands-on print manufacturing team. We’ll train you to operate high-speed bindery equipment and start contributing from day one, with a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks and a clear path to skilled roles.

The 2nd shift runs Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with overtime opportunities and shift incentive pay. You’ll work in a fast-paced, safety‑driven environment on a collaborative team that values reliability and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry, manufacturing, warehouse or trades.
• Mechanically inclined with ability to use basic hand tools.
• Ability to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes).
• Reliable and team-oriented with a commitment to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by adjusting settings and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, organized workspace.
