You will own shift-level safety, quality, and delivery while coordinating people, processes, and equipment on the production floor. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own shift performance and deliver production schedules.
• Maintain quality results, including first pass yield and variation control.
• Drive rapid, structured response to equipment or process disruptions.
• Identify production gaps early and resolve them through disciplined problem solving.
• Enforce operating standards, safety requirements, and execution discipline.
