Job summary

Monogram Foods is seeking a Smokehouse Operator for 2nd shift in Denison, IA. This role requires effective communication, the ability to follow instructions, and teamwork in a production setting.

Responsibilities include pushing trees to the scale, loading/unloading smokehouse ovens, locating trees in production coolers, and maintaining a clean, safe work area with required PPE. You must be 18 or older, adhere to Monogram policies, and be prepared for extended hours based on production needs,

Qualifications

• Able to operate scanners and tablets.
• Physically capable of pushing/pulling loaded trees with meat products.
• Read and follow simple instructions.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Push trees to the scale, document weights, input data into tablets, scan tickets, and scan locations.
• Load and unload smokehouse ovens while following established safety guidelines.
• Locate trees in production coolers or freezers as required.
• Adhere to all Monogram Foods policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and wear required PPE.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
