Crane Currency is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator on the 2nd shift in Nashua, New Hampshire. You will safely and efficiently operate the slitter and supporting equipment to produce products that meet customer requirements, while maximizing productivity and uptime.

The role requires basic industrial math, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read and follow procedures. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred; candidates must be US citizens and able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Industrial math skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity.
• Ability to learn computer skills to operate monitoring systems.
• Ability to read, write and keep accurate records.
• Lift up to 25 lbs.
• US citizen with suitability for a Position of Public Trust.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the slitter and monitor equipment to meet specs.
• Maximize yields and uptime through efficient operation.
• Set up orders and troubleshoot problems on slitter/spooling equipment.
• Follow SOPs for make-ready, troubleshooting, security, record keeping, and quality testing.
• Perform set changes in a timely fashion using a team approach.
