Bradford Company in Gallatin, TN is seeking a 2nd shift Machine Operator II to set up and operate a range of production equipment, including Edge Sealer, Band Saw, Framer, and CNC Router.

You will perform quality checks, document production data, and maintain safety standards in a climate-controlled facility. Previous experience with lean manufacturing and 5S is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Lean Manufacturing and 5S knowledge preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machines safely.
• Inspect parts and measure with tape measure or gauges as needed.
• Record production metrics and scrap data accurately.
• Maintain safe working practices and report unsafe conditions.
• Assist with basic preventive maintenance and parts requisition.
• Support team with effective communication and training.
