Qualifications

• Minimum five years hands-on maintenance experience in industrial or warehousing settings.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems; CMMS competency required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication in English and teamwork with Operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary maintenance resource for the facility and manage daily needs with limited supervision.
• Plan and prioritize work based on safety, operational impact, and preventive maintenance due dates.
• Inspect, diagnose, repair equipment, test operation, and document results in CMMS.
• Coordinate vendor work, obtain quotes, and manage costs and asset data.
