PLA Solutions seeks a Sit Down Forklift Driver for 3rd shift in North Platte, NE, to support loading/unloading, inventory organization, and accurate documentation. The role offers progression, a detailed safety protocol, and a comprehensive benefits package.

3rd shift is 2:00 pm–12:30 am, Friday through Monday, with a pay rate of $19.25 per hour. Daily Pay, Weekly Pay, PTO, medical/dental/vision coverage, HSA, 401(k) with employer match, and other voluntary benefits are included to support

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of forklift operating experience.
• Proficiency in operating a sit-down forklift.
• Must pass PLA's forklift certification test (on-site certification provided if needed).
• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (for electronic documentation).
• Strong attention to detail for accuracy in counts and documentation.
• Commitment to safety guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment.
• Dependable and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets to and from trailers with precision and care.
• Move pallets to correct locations to maintain organization and accessibility.
• Complete daily forklift inspections using a provided checklist.
• Safely refuel propane tanks or charge electric tanks.
• Verify counts and load accuracy, acting as final inspector for trailer loads.
• Ensure all moved materials are properly documented and tracked.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
• Follow PLA safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
• Assist in other warehouse areas as needed to support operations.
• Adapt to new reporting relationships and schedules as required.
• Communicate clearly with team and management to coordinate tasks.
• Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
