Job summary

LayerZero Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a Silver Plating Operator for the second shift, onsite in Aurora, Ohio. You will load and run the blaster to clean, finish, and prepare surfaces for paint application while monitoring operations and adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with bead blasting or plating preferred.
• Ability to read technical documents and follow specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal parts for silver plating and apply plating or touch-ups.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and perform quality checks as directed.
• Operate and maintain plating equipment and read/interpret technical documents.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and report issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safety and process efficiency.
