Job summary

Calyx Living is seeking an energetic 2nd Shift Supervisor in Charge (SIC) / Med Tech for our assisted living community in North Raleigh, NC. The SIC will oversee care staff and administer medications, supporting Personal Care Assistants in providing daily care to our seniors.

Ideal candidates hold NC MT and CPR certifications, are at least 21, and can work weekends/holidays. This role requires prior SIC experience and a commitment to safety and training standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21
• Experience as Supervisor in Charge
• Experience with seniors strongly preferred
• North Carolina MT certification required
• CPR certification required
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Supervise care staff and administer medications.
• Support Personal Care Assistants by providing personal care to residents.
• Maintain updated staff work schedules and address call-outs/changes.
• Ensure training is up to date and follow safety precautions.
