Job summary

Wenthe-Davidson Manufacturing in New Berlin, Wisconsin, is seeking a shipping/receiving team member for second shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM). You will wrap and prepare orders, load trucks with a forklift, and work with management to prioritize daily shipping tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up and operating a power pallet wrapper.
• Experience operating an industrial lift truck (forklift).
• Knowledge of truck loading procedures and weight distribution techniques.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust the mechanical wrapping machine with minimal supervision.
• Operate a mechanical wrapping machine to secure and prepare completed products for shipping.
• Load trucks using an industrial forklift, ensuring proper load and weight distribution.
• Keep orders separated and wrapped according to customer requirements.
• Verify quantities and match part labels.
• Communicate with truck drivers about loading.
• Collaborate with the shipping/receiving team to complete daily tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines and differentiate between similar products.
• Assist with general material handling and unloading of raw materials as needed.
