Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC is seeking a Shipping Associate for 2nd shift at our Hazlehurst, MS plant. You will transport product with hand carts and pallet jacks, prepare pallets for shipping, scan and track them, and handle required paperwork while supporting inventory counts.

Candidates should be able to work nights and weekends, be self-motivated, and adhere to PPE and safety policies in a noisy, production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous shipping experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced shipping environment.

Responsibilities

• Transport product using hand carts and pallet jacks following safety protocols.
• Label, stack and wrap product for shipping.
• Scan and track pallets from production to cooler.
• Verify and process required paperwork.
• Assist with inventory counts as needed.
• Follow company policies and NCC guidelines.
