Job summary

Franklin Electric is seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate for the 2nd shift in Wisconsin. You'll ensure materials, products, and customer orders are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time.

Responsibilities include inspection, packing, inventory upkeep, and collaboration with Production, Planning, and Purchasing. A high school diploma is required; forklift certification is preferred. This role offers steady hours and opportunities for growth.

• Support production by replenishing materials through Kanban systems and maintaining inventory at designated locations.
• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain organized inventory locations and ensure materials are properly labeled and stored.
• Assist in identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Work closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and other team members to support operational goals.
• Follow all safety, quality, and workplace policies while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 / hour

2nd Shift Shipping and Receiving Associate

$21-$25 hour + 8% Shift Premium

Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 months of shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience.
• Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.
• Experience using barcode scanners and inventory management systems.

Physical Requirements

This position requires regular movement throughout the facility and may include:

• Reaching, bending, twisting, crouching, and standing for extended periods.
• Working around moving equipment and machinery in a manufacturing environment.
