Nove LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Outside Shipping Loader in Markle, IN to ensure the safe and accurate stacking and loading of trailers for shipment to customers.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, locating trailers, verifying work orders, and documenting loads. Candidates must be able to lift 80 lbs, pass PPE requirements, and work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read drawings and identify trailers visually.
• Energetic and focused while working in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Must lift and move up to 80 lbs and wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Inspect forklifts, tractors, cranes and other equipment daily to ensure safe operation.
• Locate the correct trailer and move it to the appropriate location for storage or loading.
• Verify trailers against work orders and perform quality checks prior to stacking and shipment.
• Stack trailers safely using overhead crane or forklift according to stacking drawings.
• Identify trailer models and verify VINs/COs to ensure proper stacking.
• Document loads and stack conditions with photos prior to shipment.
• Build cribbing or other materials for safe stacking using chop saw and nail gun.
• Move stacks of trailers for staging or loading onto trucks.
• Log truck arrivals and finish times using a computer.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
