Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent and relevant skills.
• Must be forklift and crane certified per Novae policy.
• Able to read drawings and identify trailers visually.
• Team-focused and detail-oriented in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to read and interpret work orders and complete paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Inspect forklift, tractor, crane, and equipment daily for safe operation.
• Locate correct trailer and move with tractor to yard or shipping area.
• Verify trailers against work orders and perform quality checks before stacking.
• Stack trailers safely using overhead crane or forklift per stacking drawing.
• Identify trailer models and verify VINs/COs against final packets.
• Take photos documenting loads/stack conditions before shipment.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work environment.
