Job description

Administrate, coordinate, and supervise the operative activities for shipping of materials, machines, and import-export equipment acquired by TIP, aiming for correct execution using assigned resources.

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain updated information on the Transit Material System in TIP.
2. Administer, coordinate, and supervise direct, indirect, and temporary exportations.
3. Supervise information within systems used for daily operations.
4. Activate and control national and international transportation services used by the company.
5. Manage projects related to saving initiatives.
6. Provide quality service to internal and external customers.

Job Description

Education: Bachelor’s degree plus two years of relevant work experience, or a two-year degree plus four years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent plus six years of relevant experience. Experience managing importation documents, source certifications, exportation documents, reviewing expense accounts, and knowledge of foreign trade operations and transportation logistics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (OSSGD) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a distribution business environment.
• Computer literacy with Windows applications; SAP experience is an asset.
• Familiarity with hydraulics is an asset for operating PIT equipment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
