Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Set-up/Mold Clean Technician in Shelbyville, IN. You will perform equipment changeovers, confirm molding conditions, identify defects, and troubleshoot presses in a fast-paced environment.

The role supports a Rubber Manufacturing Company known for a family atmosphere and strong internal growth. Schedule: Mon–Fri 3pm–11pm with some overtime; pay is $25.78 per hour plus attendance bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must have mechanical ability and troubleshooting skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment changeovers and confirm molding conditions.
• Identify abnormal defects and follow reaction plan.
• Perform tool cleaning as required.
• Troubleshoot press set-ups.
• Confirm 1st cycle quality checks and accept responsibility for best quality.
