This individual may work alone or with others, with or without supervision, and is expected to complete duties in a manner that meets or exceeds standards set by Crawford Hoying.

The Service Technician works onsite at a commercial property and interfaces with external and internal customers, residents, and vendors on a regular basis. This employee regularly works outside and is frequently exposed to extreme cold and extreme heat. The work schedule varies depending on the property. Hours are 2:00pm-10:30pm . Candidates must be available to work overtime and on-call, as needed, and must be flexible and readily available, depending on the needs of the property. This position participates in an on-call rotation with other team members.
The Service Technician reports to the Facilities Manager.
The candidate’s physical condition must be sufficient for the consistent and successful completion of the responsibilities defined for this position. This position frequently requires standing, walking, sitting, reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. This position may require lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds and operating power tools. Candidate must be able to occasionally drive during the course of work.
