Job summary

Inmar Intelligence is seeking a Security Officer to provide a security presence at the warehouse facility during operational hours. The role includes visitor escort, access control, daily surveillance, and incident reporting to leadership.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 21+ years old, and may prefer bilingual English/Spanish. Excellent communication and ability to multitask are essential. DL number and in-state license required. Benefits include medical and more.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years or 0-2 years plus training in security or related field.
• Bi-Lingual preferred (English and Spanish).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State required.

Responsibilities

• Meet, escort, and observe visitors while they are in the facility.
• Monitor facility access points at shift changes, break times, and lunch times.
• Perform daily surveillance from the Security Monitoring Center; conduct routine patrols as assigned.
• Look out for suspicious persons, vandalism or hazards; perform random and scheduled security and pocket checks as assigned.
• Respond to alarms and distress calls.
• Report incidents and infractions to Leadership and Human Resources.
• Monitor and sign out destruction trucks.
• Act as a witness on site for loading of trucks.
• Accompany specified destruction trucks from the warehouse to the incinerator.
• Act as a witness at the incinerator for specified trucks.
• Prepare Daily Activity Reports.
• Communicate with Leads, Supervisors, Managers, and Clients regarding security related issues, concerns, and matters.
• Conduct yourself at all times in a professional manner.
• Follow all safety and facility rules.
• Wear issued and approved security uniforms at all times while on the job.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years 0-2 years of related work experience; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position required
• Bi-Lingual preferred (English and Spanish)
• Must be at least 21 years of age to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• Ability to successfully execute multiple tasks simultaneously, works efficiently, and meet deadlines in an atmosphere of frequent interruptions
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

The Hiring Pay Rate For This Position Is $18.00

In addition to base hourly pay, eligible employees in this role may receive:
