Job summary

Allegiance-Industries is seeking a 2nd Shift Scrubber Operator to perform floor care tasks in a manufacturing setting. The role includes steam-cleaning carpets, stripping and applying finishes to floors, and maintaining clean facilities.

The ideal candidate has prior floor care experience, good physical stamina, and the ability to work a Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–11:30 PM schedule. Training is provided; apply now to join our Allegiance team.

• Ability to follow schedules and directions from a supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Steam-clean carpets.
• Strip the floor using the proper machinery.
• Apply wax to coat floors and buff.
• Apply sealant to floors.
• Deep clean painted floors using appropriate chemicals/degreasers.
• Clean buildings by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors and cleaning other surfaces.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Move heavy equipment and furniture.
• Other duties as assigned.
