Tipp City Exempted Village Schools is seeking a full-time Maintenance/Custodial Worker to join the team. The role focuses on keeping classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas clean and safe for students and staff.

Responsibilities include routine cleaning, basic repairs, floor care, and helping with events. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to perform physical labor with reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior custodial or maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor (lift, bend, stand) for extended periods.
• Background checks (BCI/FBI) required.
• Commitment to safety and cleanliness.

Responsabilités

• General cleaning and sanitizing of classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Routine maintenance and repairs
• Floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, waxing)
• Securing the building at the end of shift
• Snow/ice removal as needed
• Supporting building events and responding to custodial needs as they arise
