Qualifications

• Successful experience in building and cleaning maintenance.
• Motor Vehicle Operator's license or ability to provide own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Checks and secures building at shift end for safety and cleanliness.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, cafeterias, restrooms, offices, stairways per district standards.
• Sweeps and mops floors; cleans rugs, carpets, upholstery and blinds.
• Cleans windows, doors and sills; reports maintenance issues to supervisors.
• Sets up and breaks down chairs, tables and equipment for meetings and events.
• Empties wastebaskets and removes trash.
