Job summary

GRBS Inc. is seeking a reliable custodian for Byron Center Public Schools on the 2nd shift, 3:00pm–11:30pm, Monday–Friday.

This full‑time position requires consistent attendance and adherence to the GRBS process to keep facilities clean, safe, and ready for students and staff. Responsibilities include mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, trash removal and other tasks as assigned, following the building map and shift requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid ID and able to pass background checks.
• Strong teamwork, dependability, and self-motivation required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work daily.

Responsibilities

• Come to work consistently.
• Follow GRBS process.
• Communicate respectfully with all team members.
• Complete cleaning tasks to the building map and shift.
