Job summary

Holmen Cheese LLC is seeking team members for the Sanitation Team on 2nd shift to maintain cleanliness and a food-safe environment in our processing facility.

The role involves following safety and GMP guidelines, handling chemicals, breaking down/reassembling equipment, and supporting the quality team with environmental sampling. Training is provided; overtime, weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and food-safe environment in a processing facility.
• Follow safety and good manufacturing practice guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow instructions for sanitation and cleaning.
• Sanitation and breakdown/re-assembly of equipment.
• Follow all food safety standards including SQF and HACCP.
• Assist quality team with environmental sampling.
• Operate production equipment as needed (training provided).
