Job summary

Cabinetworks Group is seeking a production worker to join our Mount Jackson, VA manufacturing team. This full-time role offers a starting wage of $19.56 per hour, up to $23.05 per hour, with overtime potential.

You will follow written or verbal instructions and work safely in a collaborative setting. Applicants should have basic production experience, be able to read a tape measure and caliper, and be proficient with simple computer tools like Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• One year of production experience or similar in carpentry or fast-paced, detail-oriented environment is preferred.
• Two to three years of work experience.
• Knowledge and application of safe work practices.
• Read/write/communicate in English.

PRINCIPRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must be able to understand instructions whether they are written or verbal, and follow said instructions.
• Work in a safe manner and as part of a team.
• Communicate verbally clearly and concisely.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Complete work with accuracy and efficiency.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, perform moderate to heavy repetitive lifting, and stand on feet at least nine hours per day.
• It is an essential function of this position that you report to work on a regular basis.
• Inspect and audit product processes on incoming product, internal process, product audits and finished product audits

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• One year of production experience or similar in carpentry or fast paced, detail-oriented environment is preferred.

• Possess basic Microsoft Office and computer capabilities including Excel, Word and LINCs.

• Ability to read a tape measure & calipers.

• Possess a thorough understanding of all Masco Cabinetry wood character, machining, assembly and finishing
