Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire is seeking four team members to learn and operate high-speed bindery equipment in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Training will enable you to run cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders while contributing to quality production goals.

The role offers a Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift, with overtime opportunities and a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks. Benefits are provided after 30 days, with a supportive, safety-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry.
• Mechanically inclined and able to use basic tools.
• Able to read basic instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
