WesleyLife in DeWitt, IA is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for the 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:30pm). You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians and families to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Iowa RN or LPN license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and help develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Provide direct nursing care, including wound care and IV therapy.
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and the healthcare team.
• Support and guide CNAs and other care staff.
• Educate and support residents and their families.
• 2nd Shift (2:00pm-10:30pm) Full-Time and Part-Time
