Job summary

Bedford Post Acute seeks an RN for a part-time 2nd shift to supervise daily nursing activities at our 72-bed facility in Bedford, PA. You will ensure care quality, regulatory compliance, and coordination with DON/ADON while maintaining resident safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered PA nursing license.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience with PCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during tour of duty.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with DON/ADON and nursing staff to maintain quality resident care.
• Develop and maintain nursing service policies and procedures.
• Oversee staffing, assignments, and performance of nursing personnel.
