Parts Authority is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Returns for 2nd shift at multiple locations. You will handle the intake of driver returns, inspect boxes, classify items, and ensure accurate logging in the system.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have open availability for varying shifts and overtime.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open all boxes to verify returned items are correct and sold by the company.
• Separate returns into core, defect, and new categories.
• Place account number stickers on cores and defects.
• Redistribute new merchandise to other stores.
• Enter each returned item into the computer system.
• Assist in creating negative purchase orders with the returns team.
• Coordinate with sales staff and managers on customer return issues.
