Job summary

Jimmy Jazz in Dimondale, MI is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to support store operations and deliver a high level of customer service. You will perform cash handling, operate the register, stock shelves, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer satisfaction, perform cleaning duties, stock and handle products, perform cash handling and register operation duties.
• Suggest additional and promotional items, optimize time of self to ensure Customer Service PlusOne.
• Handle customer's questions, complaints, and returns quickly and appropriately or refer to Management.
• Promote the use and benefits of the QDCard.
• Cash Handling/Reporting and Register Operations: Ensure alcohol/tobacco/lottery and lotto sales are appropriately handled.
• Safety and Security: Ensure store areas are kept free of safety hazards and report violations.
• Receiving, Stocking and Handling Products: Rotate stock, remove out-dates, check deliveries, maintain orderly storeroom.
• Cooperate with other stores and company personnel; follow policies and procedures.
