Job summary

GPM Investments is seeking a Cashier/Sales Associate for midday/2nd shift in Mountain Home, AR. The role focuses on delivering friendly service, operating the register, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

You will handle lottery, tobacco, and alcohol sales with compliance, upsell customers, and support other departments as needed. Weekend availability is required, and experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and run the register accurately.
• Sell lottery, cigarette, and alcohol products with age verification.
• Upsell where possible to increase sales.
• Keep store clean and safe inside/outside, including restrooms and pumps.
• Stock shelves and maintain store appearance.
• Cross-train in other departments if needed.
