Job summary

Graham Personnel Services is seeking a Resolution Specialist for a large Distribution Center in Browns Summit. This 2nd shift role (4pm–2:30am, Monday–Thursday) is a temp-to-hire opportunity focused on owning operational workflows and driving continuous improvements.

You will investigate and resolve picking and putaway issues, audit processes, analyze data, and collaborate with logistics, inventory control and IT to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse operations, inventory management, or system auditing.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT teams.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Passion for process improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve operational issues during picking and putaway, including inventory discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to enhance picking and putaway procedures for accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures; monitor quality issues.
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff involved in picking and putaway operations.
• Analyze data on throughput, error rates, and inventory accuracy to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with logistics, inventory control, and IT to implement improvements.
• Prepare reports on KPIs for picking and putaway operations and present findings.
