2nd Shift Resistance and Arc Weld Robotic Technician

Join us as a 2nd Shift Resistance and Arc Weld Robotic Technician at Wainwright, A Division of Modineer.

Position Details

Location: Wainwright, MO

Shift: 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Pay Range: $22.00/hr - $25.00/hr (based on skills and experience)

Responsibilities
  • Operate welding fixtures for quality assurance and troubleshooting
  • Perform setup and teardown of projection and robotic welders, including fixturing
  • Bypass fixtures and controls of robotic/weld cells as needed
  • Disassemble, clean, and reassemble welding fixtures efficiently
  • Calculate robotic weld adjustments from QA reports
  • Interpret weld data and adjust weld angles and parameters with engineer support
  • Read blueprints for weld fixture components
  • Support assembly welding, including overtime and weekend work
  • Complete PM documentation and report fixture wear for repairs
  • Maintain organized documentation
Requirements
  • Self-motivated with a focus on PM and continuous improvement
  • Intermediate mechanical skills and ability to operate general tools
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills
  • Ability to work safely, move quickly across terrain, and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Manipulate medium to large objects regularly
  • Flexible with shifts and overtime, including some weekends
  • High School diploma or equivalent
