Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan is seeking compassionate Adult Residential Support Professionals for the Grandstone/Eastwood facilities in Appleton, WI. The role focuses on supporting adults with mental health or substance use challenges, helping them build daily living skills and independence.

This full‑time position offers a 2nd shift (2pm–10pm) schedule, 40 hours per week, and starting pay of $17.75/hour, plus benefits and professional training opportunities to grow in

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in mental health, crisis services, or human services preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass background, caregiver, and medical screenings.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate, recovery-focused support to residents.
• Assist with daily living skills, medication administration, and basic healthcare needs.
• Facilitate educational and recovery-based group activities.
• Transport residents to appointments and community resources.
• Document resident progress and maintain confidential records.
• Encourage independence through skill-building and positive role modeling.
• Assist with household tasks, including light cleaning and grocery shopping.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
