What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for selected Strategic National Account customers, managing service request intake through various channels
- Resolve customer concerns and escalations through thorough investigation and collaboration across multiple domains
- Maintain strong customer relationships while driving SLA performance for service and inspection metrics
- Lead or assist in invoice dispute resolution and create quarterly business review discussions for assigned accounts
- Learn and develop competencies in all work cell functions to support customer service efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in customer service, sales, or order to cash functions
- Superior communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills
- Demonstrated experience in successful customer escalation management
- Proven ability to work across organizational boundaries to drive alignment and engagement

- Familiarity with service billing and work order management systems
