Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a dependable general laborer for the Regrind Department in Dekalb. This is a physically demanding role in a loud manufacturing environment requiring compliance with safety procedures and PPE usage.

The position offers a pay rate of $16.40 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule and OT on Saturdays, plus first shift training and a separate second shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive physical work and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a loud manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn forklift operation if needed.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lift and handle scrap webbing rolls weighing 20–50 lbs.
• Load materials onto a conveyor or into a regrinder.
• Operate a baler safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Wear PPE, including safety glasses and hearing protection.
• Assist with other general labor duties as needed.
