Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a 2nd shift Warehouse Associate for our refrigerated operations. The role involves receiving, storage, and shipment tasks in a cold environment, with emphasis on accurate picking, quality checks, and safety compliance.

Applicants should be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds, working in temperatures from 36°F to 42°F, and standing for long periods. Training is provided on day one, with opportunities for full-time employment and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 ft regularly.
• Able and willing to work in refrigerated environments (36°F-42°F) for extended periods.
• Able and willing to work in freezer conditions (5°F) for short increments.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the entire shift.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including accurately picking and packing.
• Perform quality checks and sorting to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain housekeeping and inventory control; keep work area clean and safe.
• Adhere to OSHA, DEA, FDA, and cGMP regulations and training requirements.
• Support other duties and projects as assigned by management.
