Responsibilities

• Check fabrication of all material and report to manager weekly.
• Monitor shop performance, quality, errors and workmanship.
• Ensure orders are processed completely; sign off on quality of product.
• Monitor inventory and oversee maintenance and repairs as necessary.
• Train other associates as lead or senior employee or trainer; ensure tools and training are provided.
• Administer workflow and manage schedules.
• Maintain a positive working environment.
