Job summary

Inergroup is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator – Reach Truck in Aurora, IL. You will load/unload freight, move products, inspect for defects, and ensure safe warehouse operations on the 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm).

Weekly pay starts at $19-$21 per hour, with pay increases and bonuses after 45 days, 90 days, and 6 months. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of Stand-Up Forklift and Reach Truck experience, the ability to follow instructions, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience operating Stand-Up Forklift, and Reach Truck
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately
• Must be capable of standing for the entire duration of the shift and walking throughout the warehouse
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to attendance
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight in an efficient and safe manner
• Move product to storage area with proper equipment and efficiently stack and store
• Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
• Safely operate equipment and machinery as necessary for warehouse tasks
• Wrapping pallets, packing loading and shipment confirmation of customer orders
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and meet daily goals
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment
