Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Huntley, IL, is seeking a Reach Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced distribution environment.

In this temp-to-hire role, you will load and unload freight, stock shelves, wrap shipments and operate a reach truck, all under safety guidelines. You will contribute to a team-oriented workflow and help maintain organized, efficient operations.

The schedule runs Monday–Friday, with a reliable shift and opportunities to grow within the facility.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of reach truck experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently.
• Strong attention to safety procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in a distribution or warehouse setting preferred.

Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00PM
