Job summary

Armada Staffing Group is seeking a 2nd Shift Racker in Fort Wayne, IN to support our manufacturing client in fast-paced warehouse operations. You will load, rack, inspect, and prepare parts for processing while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform hands-on work in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail when inspecting and handling parts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Load and securely hang parts onto racks or fixtures for the anodizing process.
• Inspect parts for visible defects, damage, or contamination before processing.
• Properly space and secure parts to ensure consistent anodizing and coating coverage.
• Unload finished parts from racks and handle them carefully to prevent scratches, dents, or other damage.
• Follow all company safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
