- Responsible for adherence to the Cardinal Rules of Safety.
- Perform inspections on products including manufactured and purchased components.
- Collect and record data using Programmable Measuring Systems.
- Perform analytical testing within the Quality Inspection Area.
- Assist with administrative duties within the Quality Inspection Area.
- Maintain calibration and training plans for hardware and software within the Quality Inspection Area.
- Develop relationships in a highly matrixed organization and drive cross-functional teamwork.
- Work with minimal direction.
- Interpret blueprints, quality inspection plans, procedures, and work instructions.
- Perform tasks safely, efficiently, accurately, and productively according to company policy.
- Assist with training inspectors and provide support as needed.
- Attend scheduled work hours regularly and punctually.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent, depending on experience.
- Preferred but not required: AWS CWI certification.
- At least three years of experience in a quality weld inspection role, preferably with an active certified quality system (ISO, AS, etc.).
- Welding experience is a plus but not necessary.
- Ability to pass visual acuity test.
- Experience with gauges (Cam Gauge, Fillet gauges, V-WAC, etc.).
- Experience in weld and sheet metal inspection.
- Knowledge of measurement tools and GD&T.
- Blueprint reading skills.
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office programs.
- Effective communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to read 2D drawings.
- Mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and solve standard problems.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Training: Orientation provided.
